To Enter; Eligibility: To be eligible for this contest, you must (a) enter to win by completing the contest submission form located at https://nudest.co/selfie, and (b) be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States for the duration of the contest. There is no limit on the number of times you may enter this contest. Full-time MY NUDEST, INC. employees and members of their immediate families are not eligible for this contest. MY NUDEST, INC. may reject any entries that it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, fail to meet any of these eligibility requirements. To be eligible you must agree to abide by these terms and conditions, and be bound by all MY NUDEST, INC. decisions relating to this contest, which are final and binding in all respects, including but not limited to MY NUDEST, INC.’s determination of the winners. You further agree that you have read and agreed to be bound by MY NUDEST, INC.’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Prizes: The prize for this contest is a $1,000 Visa Gift Card. The winner is responsible for the payment of all taxes associated with the receipt of the prize. MY NUDEST, INC. reserves the right to provide a raincheck or substitute prize.
Winner Selection: The winner for this contest will be decided on the basis of the number of unique selfies submitted. You may complete the contest submission form multiple times in order to submit as many unique selfies as you desire. You must use the same name and email address in every submission in order for them to count toward your total number of unique selfies. A selfie is defined as a picture of your face that is taken using the built-in camera of a mobile device. A unique selfie is defined as a selfie that is not a duplicate of any other selfies submitted by you. In the event of a tie, MY NUDEST, INC. will determine the winner based on random selection using a random number generator. The winner announced by MY NUDEST, INC. is a final decision. If the winner is unable to accept his or her prize within ten (10) days, MY NUDEST, INC. will automatically disqualify such winner and will draw another winner at random. The winner must also sign any applicable forms required by tax authorities and prize suppliers. The Prizes will only be awarded to the winner who complies with these rules.
Announcement of the Winners: The name of the Prize winner will be announced on July 14, 2018 at https://nudest.co/selfie. My Nudest, Inc. reserves the right to change the winner announcement date without notice.
Limitations of Liability: BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE, A WINNER AGREES THAT THE PRIZE IS AWARDED ON THE CONDITION THAT MY NUDEST, INC. AND ITS AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION OR USE OF THE PRIZE. The winners further acknowledge that the foregoing parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee (express or implied, in fact or in law) in connection with the prize or the use or enjoyment of the prize. THE PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY SORT, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
General Conditions: If any provision of this Official Contest Rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. MY NUDEST, INC. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these rules. If MY NUDEST, INC. determines, in its sole discretion, that the on-line portion of the contest is compromised by virus, bug, robot entries, or other corruption of the administration, security or proper play of the contest, then, at its sole discretion, MY NUDEST, INC. can cancel this contest. In the event of any non-compliance with any requirement stated herein, a winner’s prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. This contest is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A., without regard to the conflicts of law provisions therein. The parties hereby irrevocably consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts of New York, New York. The prize will only be sent to a U.S. address, and will be subject to all applicable US taxes and withholding. This contest is void where prohibited or restricted by any relevant federal, state or local law, including but not limited to jurisdictions with laws that would require registration, disclosure, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements that are not satisfied.
